Live - Beyond The Pane Session.
Back in the last century, locked in a remote first world war smallholding overlooking England, Holling and Wilkins first experimented with the ‘Duo-Sound’. Long nights around the range with two trusty Epiphones and tunes from their past led to a collection of songs and stories.
The pair are now taking this collection out on the road (and have played in Dumfries, London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Hastings, Inverness, Brussels, Berlin and Cologne) to see how different audiences can change and encourage new songs. A mixture of original songs from their past and present (Milkshakes, Pretty Things, Sally Skull, Wildebeests, Lord Rochester) and others from friends and heroes (Wreckless Eric, Link Wray, Bobbie Gentry, Jimmy Reed).
