1995's MTV Unplugged finds Dylan recasting 12 of his old songs, both famous and obscure.
The album documents Dylan's appearance on the MTV Unplugged television series, recorded at Sony Music Studios in New York City on 17th and 18th November 1994. It gave Dylan his best sales in years, reaching US #23 and going Gold, while hitting #10 in the UK.
