This is the first book of it’s kind, and could not be MORE PERFECT for an RSD launch. Over 700 rare paper and plastic record store bags from the UK - dating from the 1950s onwards together in one sublime graphic and historic ride through British record shopping. We have the shop where Dusty worked, the first shop to sell ska (a Jewish store in Stamford Hill!), where Bowie cut his musical teeth, where the Beatles met Epstein, where The Cartel began - there are so many stories, hundreds of shops and all these beautiful bags, put together by one of the UK leading crate diggers and one of the UKs leading graphic design teams.
