Released in 1995 The Bends was a huge step up after their debut album Pablo Honey which spawned the breakout single 'Creep'. The Bends contained 5 chart singles - My Iron Lung, High and Dry, Fake Plastic Trees, Just and Radiohead's first top-five UK single, Street Spirit (Fade Out). It caught critics and fans by surprise at the time and heralded a classic foundation album that gave Radiohead the springboard to becoming one of the greatest bands on the planet.
