Originally released in 1967, the debut album by The Jimi Hendrix Experience created a studio foundation and whipped up a storm that swept through swinging sixties London. Setting the scene for many to hang on to their coat tails and be blown away in equal measure as Hendrix, Mitchell and Redding hit the ground running.
